Cancel before 24 hours of playtime: 100% refund.
Cancel between 12-24 hours before playtime: 50% refund.
Cancel between 6-12 hours before playtime: 25% refund.
Cancel within 0-6 hours of playtime: No refund.
All cancellations are subject to a 2% transaction fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Processing Time
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution. In case of any issues or delays, please contact our support team for assistance. We aim to provide prompt resolutions to ensure a seamless experience.

Payment Flexibility
